Hello, everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful summer. I just wanted to let you know that registration for the coming year is open so feel free to pass this along to anyone you think may be interested!
I have also decided to offer a full class scholarship to two students who would not otherwise be able to afford activities for their children/themselves, so if you know anyone who might be interested in applying for that, let them know they can contact me and I will send them an application!

Class Expectations
• Dancers are to wear form-fitting clothing (nothing loose and baggy), with hair pulled back and ghillies. • Dancers are expected to come to class ready to dance. If they arrive late they must lead themselves in their own warm up and then join class with minimal disruption.
• Respect is extremely important. Any disrespect between dancers, teachers, or parents will not be tolerated and will be promptly dealt with.
• Dancers can choose to be as competitive or recreational as they’d like. However, they are all expected to come to class ready to work hard, put a good effort forward, and use the class time to the fullest. Dancers who are disruptive to their classmates' learning will be asked to sit out until ready to work.
• Dance classes, performances, and events are meant to be a wonderful place where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and happy to attend, regardless of knowledge or ability. I always strive to make sure it is an enjoyable and safe place for all dancers and their families to come learn and ask questions. I expect all members of the Highwood Highland Dance family to do the same.
Class Fees and Payments
• A non-refundable $25/student fee is to be paid at the time of registration.
• Class payments are due monthly, and are to be paid by the first Thursday of every month.
• There will be a $25 charge applied to any payment that is late and will be reapplied every month until payment is received.
• A 10% discount is available for families with 2 or more registered dancers.
• Accepted methods of payments are cash, e-transfer, and post dated cheques. All payments are to be made to Jessica Robinson.
• Exam fees and private lesson fees are all separate from regular class fees and are to be calculated and paid when/if they apply to your dancer.
